Isaac Taylor

Founder & CEO – Bridgeway Securities

Isaac Taylor is the Founder & CEO of Bridgeway Securities, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in financial services. He founded Bridgeway in 2025 with a mission to advise treasury teams while creating career opportunities for the next generation of finance professionals.

 

Prior to founding Bridgeway, Isaac served as Head of Capital Markets at Independence Point Advisors. Before that, he was Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for nearly seven years, and Managing Partner at New Horizon Capital Partners, where he focused on business strategy and valuation.

 

Isaac began his career at Citi as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst, before moving to Ally as a Treasury Manager and later to J.P. Morgan as a Vice President focused on working capital optimization and treasury management.

Isaac holds a degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jasen Blakney

Founding Partner – Bridgeway Securities

Jasen Blakney is a Founding Partner of Bridgeway Securities, bringing 10 years of experience in financial services across corporate and investment banking.

 

Prior to co-founding Bridgeway, Jasen founded JamSesh, a live music discovery platform. Before that, he spent nearly eight years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, progressing from Analyst to Associate to Vice President within the Consumer & Retail and International Subsidiaries coverage groups.

 

Jasen holds a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. Beyond his professional career, he serves as Co-Chair of the Associate Board of George Jackson Academy NYC and previously mentored students through SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity).

Anne Serewicz

Partner – Bridgeway Securities

Anne Serewicz is Partner, Director of Investment Banking & Capital Markets at Bridgeway Securities Corp., bringing extensive experience spanning Capital Markets, Corporate Banking and Investment Banking across the U.S. and Europe.

 

Anne excels at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing a global perspective to advising clients on corporate finance and treasury solutions. Over the years, she has partnered with Fortune 500 corporations, middle-market companies and private enterprises to originate, execute and distribute over $500B in innovative financing solutions across the debt and equity markets.

 

Anne is uniquely skilled at leading and motivating high-performance teams to deliver results. Previously, she held the title of Sr. Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at C.L. King & Associates. During her 10 years, she drove a 70% increase in bond transactions and record number of equity capital market underwritings, while expanding the firm’s presence in new industries and scaling new business lines.

 

Beyond the numbers, Anne is passionate about mentorship and giving back through board service. She currently serves as an Advisory Board member and head of the Governance Committee for the Center for Women in Business (CWB) at Bentley University. Her interests focus on advancing and developing the next generation of talent and supporting women inclusivity and advancement via education and experience.

 

Anne holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and a BA from Northwestern University. She has held leadership and advisory roles with Citibank and HSBC prior to joining Bridgeway in 2026. She holds FINRA licenses Series 7, Series 63, Series 79 and Series 24.

Patrick Crawford

Institutional Fixed Income Sales – Bridgeway Securities

Patrick Crawford leads Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Bridgeway Securities, bringing over 35 years of experience in fixed income markets. He works closely with institutional clients, drawing on decades of relationships built across the industry.

 

Prior to joining Bridgeway, Patrick spent time at Aurel BGC in Institutional Fixed Income Sales, where he continued to serve institutional clients across fixed income products. Before that, he spent 35 years at Citi, where he held a range of roles across fixed income sales and trading. Over the course of his career, Patrick has developed a reputation for deep market knowledge and long-standing client relationships built on trust.

 

Throughout his career, Patrick has also been passionate about investing in the next generation of talent, making a point of mentoring younger professionals as they navigate the early stages of their careers and sharing the lessons and relationships he’s built along the way.

 

Patrick holds a BBA in Finance from Pace University.

John C. Bruce

Senior Advisor to Bridgeway Advisors

John Bruce is a Senior Advisor at Bridgeway Advisors, bringing decades of experience in corporate Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Advisory to the team.

 

Prior to joining Bridgeway in January 2026, John spent 35 years at Salomon Smith Barney & Citi based in Chicago and New York City, joining after graduating from college in 1987. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2001 while advising U.S. investment-grade corporations on funding and risk management. In 2007, while leading U.S. capital markets coverage of Citi’s clients in the Consumer, Healthcare and Industrial sectors, John transitioned from Capital Markets to Banking and founded Citi’s Capital Strategies effort — a corporate finance advisory team based in New York City that advised multinational clients based in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

 

John retired from Citigroup in 2022 but joined Bridgeway to contribute his strategic experience to the firm’s client advisory and talent development missions.

 

John holds a BA in Economics from Oklahoma University and an Masters in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In addition to his role at Bridgeway, John is a Senior Advisor to Limivorous Fund, NY and is a partner in a number of independent restaurants in Chicago and Austin.

Kathryn Cassetta

Director – Bridgeway Securities

Kathryn Cassetta is a Director at Bridgeway Securities, bringing 10 years of experience in financial services, where she leads Bridgeway’s intern programming by sourcing, training, and preparing talent. She has worked with over 250 students over the past five years and is driven by a mission to close opportunity gaps in finance.

 

Prior to joining Bridgeway, Kathryn spent nearly three years as a Vice President at Independence Point Advisors. Before that, she spent over five years at Bank of America within the Global Corporate Banking Consumer & Retail coverage team. She began her career in banking in 2016.

 

Kathryn holds a BBA in Finance and Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree from the Fordham Graduate School of Education.
